bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - office space; defect rectification of hull defect (h-025,h-026,h-027/h-182),(h032,h-033/h-188),(h-028/h-193); service provider; (a) h-182/h-025: 02 nos lifting bracket observed bent and crack at forward port and stbd side. to be repaired as per sample. mat-al 5083. (b) h-182/ h-026: welding crack observed on stbd aft deck strut near fuel tank (crack size-3 inch) and port fwd near fresh water tank. strut to be repaired by tig welded (mat- al-5083). inway job includes removal/re-fitment of strut. strut quantity-04 nos. (c) h-182/ h-027: rudder tie rod cracked & deteriorated and end earm threads worn out. tie rod alongwith end earm to be renewed as per sample. qty-04 nos each. (d) h-188/h-032: skirt outer loop joints delaminated and uprooted at various places. affixing of additional skirt material on joints and stitching of joints to be carried out by using cold skirt bond (mat- neoprene rubber, joint size- 3.2 mtrs each, joints qty- 20 no). (e) h-188/h-033: crack observed on port aft fuel tank securing bracket and forward deck strut securing eye (1 inch). to be repaired by tig welding. (f) h-193/h-028: lift fan air holding rubber flap securing aluminium strip deteriorated and uprooted at stod side. aluminium strips to be renewed and fitted with rivets (rivets qty: 60 nos).
