work related to the lodging, fooding, etc. of folk artistes who will participate in the republic day programme on 26th january 2025- 1 main structurefor 8 days for 175 artistes (rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixing , dismantling and transportation) 2 bamboo structure coveredfor the area required for 175 peoples (ladies & gents) approximately 2940 sqft. and 12 ft height with plastic shed cloth ceiling 3 arrangements of bedding for 175 people (ladies and gents and arrangement must be separated) considering stardy weather measures should be taken. 4 single size blanket for 175 people 5 temporary octanam, wooden structure for office 20x30sq ft. with curtain 6 temporary enquiry setup for the artists with cloth decoration (200 sqft.) 7 temporary kitchen area with cloth decoration (approx. 3000 sqft) 8 tables (5’ x 3’) with cover for dining area 9 tables (5’ x 3’) 10 plastic chairs with cover 11 plastic chairs 12 3 seater sofa for office 13 low table with covers 14 temporary arrangement of light for bedding area, (gents & ladies will be separate) for 175 people. 15 p.a system for room and from northgate to southgate. 16 garden umbrella/ umbrella 17 small temporary stage using chowki etc. for rehearsal on stage 18 carpeting (approx 3000 sqft) 19 arrangement of food and water for 8 days 20 breakfast must be adequate for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. (225 heads approx per day) for 8 days @ rs 100 21 lunch for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. (200 heads approx including folk artiste official and on duty police per day) for 8 days (food details:- rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, daal, fish/chicken/egg & chatni. menu will be different in different days.) not exceeding rs. 250/- per meal 22 tiffin must be adequate for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. (200 heads approx per day) for 8 days not exceeding rs 60/- per packet 23 dinner for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal for 8 days (200 heads approx including folk artiste, official and on duty police per day) (food details:- roti/rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, daal, fish/chicken/egg & chatni. menu will be different in different days) not exceeding rs. 250/- per meal. 24 tea & biscuit @ rs.12/- for 200 heads artiste for 8 days (tea must be served at least 3 times a day total 200 heads x 3 times x 8 days = 4800 cups of tea + biscuits) 25 20 litre water jar (25 nos. of water jar per day for 8 days) 26 installation of venue lighting (rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixingand transportation) 27 s&f metal hailed lamp with fitting (400 watt) 28 s&f metal hailed lamp with fitting (600 watt) 29 cfl 30 power board 31 logistic support for 8 days 32 stand by s&f generator, 125 kv with attendant sound proof for electricity supply for stage 24hrs x 8 days. rate should be quoted including caretaker-2shifts and operator -3 shifts (actual fuel cost will be provided separately on production of authenticated fuel consumption log book) 33 adequate logistic support system with manpower for admission in govt hospital in case ofany medical emergency (24hrs x 8 days) 34 manpower 8 days 35 arrangement of sufficient manpower to manage the venuefor 175 artistes (approx 12 heads round the clock) (3 shift) 36 security and sweeping personnel for 8 days 37 security arrangement with cctv and security person 38 swepping personnel for geetanjali stadium (10 nos. each day for 8 days) 39 communication 40 walky talky for smooth operation and communication for 8 days 41 still camera for documentation for 8 days 42 supply of shoes and socks 43 supply of 1 pair of cades shoe & 1 pair of socks for 150 artiste (exact shape andsize will be provide by i&ca department later.) 44 supply of 1 pair anklet socks & knee cap for 25 chou artiste (exact shape andsize will be provide by i&ca department later.) 45 govt. taxes 46 including all govt. taxes
