work related to the lodging, fooding, etc. of folk artistes who will participate in the republic day programme on 26th january 2024.-1 main structure for 8 days for 170 artistes ( rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixing , dismantling and transportation ) 1.01 bamboo structure covered for the area required for 170 peoples ( ladies & gents ) approximately 3000 sqft. and 12 ft height with plastic shed cloth ceiling 1.02 arrangements of bedding for 170 people ( ladies and gents and arrangement must be separated ) considering stardy weather measures should be taken. 1.03 single size blanket for 170 people 1.04 temporary octanam, wooden structure for office 20x30sq ft. with curtain 1.05 temporary enquiry setup for the artists with cloth decoration ( 200 sqft. ) 1.06 temporary kitchen area with cloth decoration ( approx. 3000 sqft ) 1.07 tables ( 5’ x 3’ ) with cover for dining area 1.08 tables ( 5’ x 3’ ) 1.09 plastic chairs with cover 1.10 plastic chairs 1.11 3 seater sofa for office 1.12 low table with covers 1.13 temporary arrangement of light for bedding area, ( gents & ladies will be separate ) for 170 people. 1.14 p.a system for room and from northgate to southgate. 1.15 garden umbrella / umbrella 1.16 small temporary stage using chowki etc. for rehearsal on stage 1.17 carpeting ( approx 3000 sqft ) 2 arrangement of food and water for 8 days 2.01 breakfast must be adequate for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. ( 200 heads approx per day ) for 8 days @ rs 100 2.02 lunch for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. ( 200 heads approx including folk artiste official and on duty police per day ) for 8 days ( food details:- rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, daal, fish / chicken / egg & chatni. menu will be different in different days. ) not exceeding rs. 250 / - per meal 2.03 tiffin must be adequate for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal. ( 200 heads approx per day ) for 8 days not exceeding rs 60 / - per packet 2.04 dinner for folk artiste coming from rural area of bengal for 8 days ( food details:- roti / rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, daal, fish / chicken / egg & chatni. menu will be different in different days ) not exceeding rs. 250 / - per meal. 2.05 tea & biscuit @ rs.12 / - for 200 heads artiste for 8 days ( tea must be served at least 3 times a day total 200 heads x 3 times x 8 days = 7500 cups of tea + biscuits ) 2.06 20 litre water jar ( 20 nos. of water jar per day for 8 days ) 3 installation of venue lighting ( rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixing and transportation ) 3.01 s&f metal hailed lamp with fitting ( 400 watt ) 3.02 s&f metal hailed lamp with fitting ( 600 watt ) 3.03 cfl 3.04 power board 4 logistic support for 10 days 4.01 stand by s&f generator, 125 kv with attendant sound proof for electricity supply for stage 24hrs x 8 days. rate should be quoted including caretaker-2shifts and operator -3 shifts ( actual fuel cost will be provided separately on production of authenticated fuel consumption log book ) 4.02 adequate logistic support system with manpower for admission in govt hospital in case of any medical emergency ( 24hrs x 8 days ) 5 manpower 8 days 5.01 arrangement of sufficient manpower to manage the venue for 170 artistes ( approx 10 heads round the clock ) ( 3 shift ) 5.02 makeup artist for 26th january with makeup kit 6 security and sweeping personnel for 8 days 6.01 security arrangement with cctv and security person 6.02 swepping personnel for geetanjali stadium ( 10 nos. each day for 8 days ) 7 communication 7.01 walky talky for smooth operation and communication for 8 days 7.02 still camera for documentation for 8 days 8 supply of shoes and socks 8.01 supply of 1 pair of cades shoe & 1 pair of socks for 140 artiste ( exact shape and size will be provide by i&ca department later. ) 8.02 supply of 1 pair anklet socks & knee cap for 30 chou artiste ( exact shape and size will be provide by i&ca department later. )
