dewatering pump set installed at indra colony dewatering station scheduled maintenance servicing repair diesel driven dewatering pump set installed at indra colony dewatering station.- 1 scheduled maintenance/servicing/repair to 50hp/03-cusec diesel driven dewatering pump set installed at indra colony dewatering station. 2 schedule maintenance/ servicing to 50hp engine (4 cylinders) /3 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering pump set at indra colony by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assembly, fuel pump etc of engine. removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. job also includes complete servicing and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then cleaning of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valves, lock sets etc of the engine. calibrating the fuel pump on calibration bench. p/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipe with banjo bolt to the engine. draining of existing contaminated m-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then p/filling of 20.0 ltr m-oil in to the engine. recharging the battery of the engine, proper cleaning of self start system. idle testing the engine. job includes desilting / cleaning of sump tank and disposing the material/silt at suitable place. job further includes servicing to 3-cusec pump by way of complete dismantling of pump by extracting the outer bracket of bearing housing, cleaning of impeller of pump by dismantling it. reassembling the pump by p/f of new gasket, nuts and bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly, fitting it on the base frame.refitting the serviced pump at its installed position by p/f of nuts & bolts, refitting of suction and delivery line by providing and fitting of rubber sheet joint, nuts and bolts as per requirement. servicing/repair to 250 mm dia foot valve by way of providing and fitting of new foot valve plate mechanism, hinge pin, rubber sheet, nuts and bolts. fitting the foot valve with suction pipe. complete job includes cost of spares, material, hire charges for tools and tackles required for the job, labour and carriage charges (to& fro). complete job isinclusive of all taxes including rebate on old parts.
