repairing of emulsifier system at 220 kv sub-station nara muzaffarnagar .- 1 work includes carriage of old and used compressor, repair and overhauling of damaged air compressor ingersoll rand make and installation of repaired air compressor as standby and 3 ph motor including fitting, changing belt, fitting of pipes by gas welding & filling of mobil oil. the work also includes construction of foundation for standby air compressor including supply and grouting of anchor bolts. 2 replacement of damaged diaphragm of 150nb size deluge valve on 200mva t / f. the job includes safe dismantling of deluge valve from main pipeline, opening and cleaning of valve. reinstallation of deluge valve in pipe line including welding / any other work required to complete the job. 3 servicing of 136 bhp diesel engine including replacement of engine oil, oil filter, diesel filter, coolant etc. the work also includes repair of oil tank to attend leakage. 4 repair and servicing of 11 kw electric motor jockey pump with replacement of water glands plate with two coats of paint finish. 5 supply and replacement of damaged air venting valves made of brass. 6 repair of existing gate valve along with servicing of flapper and cleaning of gland socket with dismantling and reinstallation gate valve of various sizes as per given below: 7 200nb 8 150nb 9 100nb 10 painting of complete water and air pipe lines of water hydrant system of emulsifier system installed on 200+160 mva 220 / 132kv, 2x40+2x63 mva 132 / 33 kv transformers at various hydrant point in switch yard as per details below including of support pipe along with bend / elbow / socket / flanges including cost of all material labor and t&p as per technical specification. 11 80nb ( 3 inch ) 12 150nb ( 6 inch ) 13 65nb ( 2 inch ) 14 cleaning of emulsifier water storage tank having algae / biological growth on its wall, capacity of 2.1kl having approx. wall area of 3500sq.ft, with the help of scrappers, brushes & other equipment with evacuating the water from tank.
