[with min. 3 nos. personnel for each month] 3 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. [(type:- bvp192 led 82 cw ho nb fg gr psu), (make: philips or equivalent)] as per direction of eic. 19 cleaning of the pump house & the equipment including supply of consumable like soap, phenyl duster , mop etc. (once in a week ) 20 cleaning compound premises of shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary).(payment to be made on area cleared). 21 add gst @ 18% 22 add lwc @ 1%
