operation, guarding, cleaning including daily / periodic maintenance etc. of the strom water drainage pumping station at noapara, baranagar for period of 12 months.-2 round the clock operation and minormaintenance ofthe pumping station with adequate nos of personnel for each month as per direction of the eic. total 17 nos semi skilled labour for 12 months 3 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. ( twice a week ) 4 checking of all the electricalparts including battery bankand preventive maintenance of all electrical machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic . ( twice a week ) 5 supervision of all the staffs & look-after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechnical equipments and conveying the same to the eic or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame. ( twice a week ) 6 add: labour welfare cess @ 1% on part-i 7 part_ii 8 supplying of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipments 9 transformer oil 10 supply of grease 11 indicating lamp for panel only 12 hrc fuse link ( 2-16 ) amp 13 hrc fuse 32 amp hf type 14 fuse holder 20 amp 15 fuse holder 63 amp ( both side cable ) 16 rotary handle 17 single core cu conductor2.5 mm 18 supply of mcb 19 supply of champion brand 40 wt / l 20 s, s& replacement of 40 w watt choke for florescent tube light including removing and refixing of luminaries as required. 21 s, s& replacement of starter for florescent tube light. 22 dehydration of transformer oil 23 cleaning of pump house & the equipment including supply of consumables like soap, phenyl, duster, mop etc. 24 supply, delivery and filling of pump lubricanting oil of approved brand to all the pumps as and whene require for smooth & uninterupted operation as per direction of eic 25 clearing compound premises of shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed ( specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary ) . 26 add: labour welfare cess @ 1% on part ii
