[with min. 3 nos. personnel for each month] 2 round the clock helping in operation and minormaintenance ofthe storm water dringe pumping station under rishra municipality as per direction of the eic. [with min. 3 nos. personnel for each month] 3 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. (twice a week) 5 supervision of all the staffs & look-after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechnical equipments and conveying the same to the eic or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame. (twice a week) 6 supplying of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipments 7 transformer oil 8 dehydration of transformer oil 9 supply of grease 10 indicating lamp for panel only 11 hrc fuse link ( 2-16 ) amp. 12 hrc fuse 32 amp. hf type 13 fuseholder 20 amp 14 single core cu conductor 2.5 mm 15 supply of mcb 16 lubrication oil (grade: servo prime 46) 17 supply, delivery and fixing of essential ledtube 1200mm 20w865 t8 ind i – 2100lm luminaries as per direction of eic. 18 supply & delivery and fixing offlood lighting luminaire with single die ceramic base high power led. [(type:- bvp192 led 82 cw ho nb fg gr psu), (make: philips or equivalent)] as per direction of eic. 19 cleaning of the pump house & the equipment including supply of consumable like soap, phenyl duster , mop etc. (once in a week ) 20 cleaning compound premises of shrubs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary).(payment to be made on area cleared). 21 add gst @ 18% 22 add lwc @ 1%
