operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment of storm water drainage pumping station at dum dum park drainage pumping station under south dum dum municipality for 9 months.- 1 round the clock operation & minor maintenance ofthe pumping station with adequate nos of personnel for each month as per direction of the eic. a) 7 nos personnel for 01 month i.e., 7x1=7 man/month. 2 round the clock operation and minor maintenance for the additional 4 (four) holidays of the pumping station with these existing personnel as per direction of the eic. a) 7 nos personnel for 01 month i.e., 7x1=7 man/month 3 checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machineries as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic. (twice in week) 4 checking of all the electrical parts including battery bankand preventive maintenance of all pump machineries as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the eic . (twice in week) 5 supervision of all the staffs & look-after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechanicalequipment and conveying the same to the eic or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame. (twice in week) 6 supplying of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipment. 7 supply of grease 8 transformer oil 9 dehydration of transformer oil 10 indicating lamp for panel only 11 hrc fuse link ( 2-16 ) amp. 12 fuseholder 20 amp 13 supply of mcb 14 led tube fittings for 20w led tubes[make : - phillips or equivalent] 15 20w led tube [make : - phillips or equivalent] 16 cleaning of the pump house & the equipment including supply of consumable like soap, phenyl duster , mop etc. 17 lifting of the submersible pump-motor set from its original position after disconnecting the lt power connection from the motor and disconnecting discharge branch from the delivery line and other component / accessories and dismantle the pump-motor set for detection of fault thoroughly if necessary. inspection and checking for finding out the damaged spare parts, required rectification and placing them in a safe position to make it ready for further maintenance process as per direction of eic. 18 minor repairing & rectification of already dismantled components of pump-motor set and re-installing it with other accessories etc to its original position, making re-connection with discharge pipe line , including supply of newgaskets, s.s fasteners etc, re-establishing lt power connection with the motor& commissioning the system complete as per direction of eic. 19 cleaning compound premises of shrubs , plants ,jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (specific permission of engineer-in-charge prior to execution will be necessary) 20 add gst @ 18% 21 add cess @ 1%
