tender for bifurcation work of 11 kv devi ji feeder under business plan year 2024-25 (part-2) under the limits of electricity distribution section, atarra. - the work of erection of 11 kv line due to bifercation of 11 kv devi ji feeder feeded from 33/11 kv sub-station, girwan under business plan 2024-25 (part-2) under edd, atarra, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 safely cartage of st poles 11 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 3 safely cartage of st poles 13 mtr. long from esc to site of work. 4 safely cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, wire, x-arm, clamps, channels, angles, earthing rod, stay etc. 5 erection of stp poles 11/13 mtr. long as sp with complete ht/lt fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo norms. 6 erection of stp poles 11/13 mtr. long as dp/sdp with complete ht/lt fittings of all accessories as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo norms. 7 laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering ofacsr weasel conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 8 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of 3x185 sq.mm. alu. cable xlpe 11 kv with sand & bricks alongwith fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual., including the cost of arrangement of sand, bricks etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 10 fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual, including the cost of labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. 11 concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 11/13 mtr. pcc/st poles asper direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 12 chopping of tree branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work. 13 safely cartage and installation of 11 kv vcb o/g ctr 200/100/5a 250 mva on structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 14 earthing complete upto water level of breacker and power t/f as per norms. arrangement of all suitable earthing material by tenderer at his own cost as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 15 dismentling & removal of old/damaged conductor/poles with its accessories and also cartage of old/damaged & scrap line material/poles from work site to store centre/je(s). 16 erection, fixing & installation of battery and inverter 24v with cabinet with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 17 supply, making & fixing/installation of 11 kv cable jointing kit outdoor/indoor (3x185 sq.mm. hs) with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 18 supply & fixing/installation of cross arm holdling clamp with nut-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 19 supply & fixing/installation of stone pad alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 20 supply & fixing of top channel with clamp & nut-bolts, washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 21 supply & fixing of dropper channel with clamp & nut-bolts, washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 22 supply & fixing of t-off channel with clamp & nut-bolts, washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).
