tender for electrification work of payjal yojana and others under edd, banda (rural), work of energization of drinking water schemes under university block, banda (village)., 1 the following works under various places/sub-stations under full deposit scheme 2023-24/2024-25 under edd, banda (rural), including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. details of the work as given below ;- 2 erection of 11 kv lines and 25/63 kva 11/0.4 kv sub-staions work -in 34 nos. payjal yojana at various places in jhatpat portal/nivesh mitra portal related new connections & other etc. 3 safely cartage of following poles from esc to site of work - 4 pcc poles 8.5 mtr. long 5 st poles 9/11 mtr. long 6 safely cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, wire, x-arm, clamps, channels, angles, earthing rod, stay etc. 7 erection of pcc poles 8.5 mtr. long as sp/dp with complete ht/lt fittings of all accessories, including fixing of earthing of pole by earthing rod as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo norms. 8 erection of stp poles 9/11 mtr. long as sp/dp with complete ht/lt fittings of all accessories, including fixing of earthing of pole by earthing rod as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo norms. 9 laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering ofacsr weasel/dog conductor on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 10 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. ofabc cable of suitable size on the newly erected poles with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 11 laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of 11 kv xlpe cable of suitable size with fitting of all related accessories as per direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. 12 supply & fixing of 11 kv cable jointing kit outdoor/indoor/straight through with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost). 13 safely cartage and installation of 25 kva capacity transformers on double pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 14 safely cartage and installation of 63 kva capacity transformers on double pole structure with loading and unloading on both sites in proper alignment as per direction of engineer incharge/resspo manual. 15 erection, fixing & transportation of 11 kv ct/pt pole mounted unit 10/5 a with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 16 erection, fixing & transportation of 11 kv pilfer proof metering cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual. 17 erection of stay set complete at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms alongwith nozeling & binding of stay set, stay. 18 fabrication of hole in channels/angles/steel cross arms. 19 supply & erection of nut-bolts & washers of suitable size(arranged by contractor at his own cost). 20 concreting/grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5/11/13 mtr. pcc/st poles asper direction of supervising engineer/resspo manual. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual sire requirement, including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 21 erection & fixing of distribution box on single pole including with abc cable. 22 supply & fixing of top/dropper/t-off channel with clamps & nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by contractor at his own cost).
