bids are invited for outsourcing of meter reader at barrackpore and kanchrapara area under ge barrackpore - 1. providing 02 men to take the meter reading work-services including: ( a ) noting and recording readings ( using manual or reqd software ) of electronic meters of any typeand any capacity located at the differect consumers premises ( commence wef 1st of each month ) e.g. mdaccn of offrs, single accn of offrs, md accn of jcos / or, otm, staff of kv school, mes / civ qtrs situated atbarrackpore and kancharapara area. ( b ) entering in users meter reading cards also entering in a separate register held with ( meter reader book ) duly signed by the users of respective premises. ( c ) feeding the recorded reading data to central computer and after processing / updating reading, preparing electric consumption reports / returns of each consumer as per reqd format and submittingthe same to bso, sub-divn, ge barrackpore upto 10th of each month or as directed by engineer-in-charge. ( note : the periodicity of billing shall be 10th of each month ) 2.providing a computer / data entry operator with computer and laser printer in the revenue sec office forpreparation of occupation / vacation reports / returns and meter reading register etc, maintain rentablebldg register on the basis of occupation / vacation reports, or any other works as directed by engineer-in-charge. 3. testing and calibrating of all type of meters of any capacity complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge. total quantity : 1
