outsourcing services of meter reading under ge dipatoli , outsourcing of services for noting and recording the readings of electric consumptions of electronic energy meters of any type and any capacity located at different consumers premises ( commence w . e . f 1st of each month for 26 days ) for married officers accommodations , single officers accommodations , pbors md accommodations , private parties including bulk consumers i . e offrs mess , schools , csd , urc etc ) , staff of kv school , mes/defence civilian accommodation etc . situated in dipatoli mil station under ge dipatoli on monthly basis by deploying adequate menpower / meter reader ( minimum 02 nos ) on all working days except sunday and holidays for approximate 2188 electric meters for 11 months . ie-2188x11=24068 meters ( approx ) including followings :- ( a ) entering the readings in users meter reading cards and also entering in a seperate register held with meter reader duly signed by users of respective premises including entry in auditable meter reader book and submitting the data upto 10th of each month to bso or as directed by engineer-in-charge . ( b ) entering and updating the rentable register as per occupation/vacation reports of all officers accommodation as per allotment and pbors md accommodation as per reports recd from respective on monthly basis . , ( c ) entering the vacant accn in the register of vacant qtrs on monthly basis and submitting the report/register to bso , ge dipatoli every month before 10th day . ( d ) preparing following documents of all residential/domestic govt accommodations / private and commercial consumers defence civilians/mes key personnels residing in govt accns:- ( i ) feeding the recorded reading data to central computer in bso office every month for each consumer . ( ii ) preparing the return of recoveries for electric consumption as per required format quarterly for all service officers and pbors only . ( iii ) submitting the rr to bso ge dipatoli . every quarter before 10th day . ( e ) the contractor shall arrange to provide 1 x computer ( desk top ) with printer & power back up and cd driver facility required for prepartion/uploading of bills for data entry operators during entire contract period and may take back after completion of contract after deleting / formating of entire datas . the computer and other connected periperhals are under custodian of engineer-in-charge for contract period . the cost of this shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates .
