tender for the increasing capacity of over loaded distribution transformers 06 nos. from 10 kva to 25 kva at different places of under edc-pilibhit in system augmentation strengthening work in different districts business plan 2023-24.- 1 safe carriage of following materials for increasing from store centre under electricity store division bareilly to site- (khamaria dalelganj, kanjanath patti, nisra, raja colony, varha vikram and neuriya khurd) in area of edd-pilibhit including loading & unloading. 2 11/0.4 kv 25 kva transformer 3 pcc pole 8.5mtr. long 4 balance material as:- base angle, 11 kv disk insulator, pin insulator, tpmo, 11 kv composite pin insulator, acsr weasal conductor,lt xlpe cable, stay set, earthing rod, t-off channel, top channel-, holding clamps, distribution box, ab cable etc. as per estemate. 5 erection of the double pole structure on pcc. pole 8.5mtr long complete for 25 kva t/f including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per resspo drawing. nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor. 6 concreting of supports at the time of erection of pole in 1:4:8 concrete ratio from bottom of pole to ground leveland plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement, sand & coarse aggregate in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing. all matrial would be provided by the contractor. 7 mounting of transformers on double pole and laying of cable jumpering and making all ht/lt connections complete work in all respect. 8 erection of stay set with stay wire, stay clamp & stay insulator including with grouting of stay set by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms before back fitting of the pits including binding, climbing, clamping, tightening and nozzeling of stay wire in all respect as per resspo norms. cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor. 9 earthing of each pcc poles of the line is to be done by inserting the ms earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with gi wire to each support by nut & bolt. earthing rod must be 0.15mtr.above from the plinth of the support. all type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor. 10 fixing of 3 phase distribution box on pole including proper clamping. 11 providing and fixing of danger board on each pole including proper clamping. all material would be provided by firm. 12 laying of lt xlpe cable (3.5x70) sq.mm from transformer to l.t line. 13 providing and fixing of i hook with i hook clamp for ab cable 14 providing and fixing of ded end clam with for ab cable 15 providing and fixing of suspension clamp for ab cable 16 providing and fixing of ipc connector for ab cable 17 safe carriage of received back 10 kva t/f from site to store centre-pilibhit after opening and dismantaling all connections and descend of 10 kva t/f from pcc pole including loading, unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site under edd-pilibhit distance up to 0-30 km.
