reconductoring of 1.8 km. 33 kv line of bhamora between village motipura to tanda road at 33 / 11 kv sub station bhamora in district bareilly.-2 loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any electy. store center of electricity store division of bareilly zone to site of work 3 pcc pole 9 mtr long. 4 acsr dog conductor 5 11 kv cross arm channel v type 6 33 kv pin insulator 7 33 kv pin with nut 8 stay set complete 9 earthing complete 10 erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per resspo drawing.all types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor. 11 single support of pcc pole 9 mtr long. 12 erection / fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per resspo drawing including binding, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 before back filling of the pits as per resspo schedule. all clamps, nuts, bolts, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor. 13 replacement of following damage material of above 33 kv line. ( material provided by department. ) 14 pin insulators wih pins 15 x-arms 16 concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio from bottom of pole to ground level and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement , brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo drawing with watering / curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.all matrial would be provided by the contractor. 17 laying and sagging of 3 phase acsr dog conductor of 33 kv line between 33 / 11 kv substation punnapur and 33 / 11 kv s / s barser including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect. 18 earthing of each s.t poles of the line is to be done by inserting the ms earth rod ( 1800x20mm ) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with gi wire to each support by nut & bolt. earthing rod must be 0.15mtr.above from the plinth of the support. all type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor. 19 clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of incharge. 20 fixing of danger board number plate and g.i barbed wire on each pole including proper clamping. all material would be provided by firm. 21 safe dismentling of old & rotten acsr weasal conductor of existing 33 kv bhamora line from village motipura to tanda road 33 / 11 kv s / s bhamora to substation without damage of any insulator, cross arm, clamp etc. of existing 33 kv line. 22 loading. unloading and safe carrige of old & rotten weasal conductor ( almost 5.5 km. ) from site to store center, badaun ( distance upto approx 25 km ) .
