carriage of following line materials from store center orai to site with work including measuring weiging loading unloading at both ends and proper stacking at safe site.-2 carriage of pcc pole 8.5 mtr long from orai store to site 3 carriage of acsr weasel conductor 4 carriage of other line materials as holding clamps, stay set, xavm, g.i. wire, top channel, dropper channel, 11 kv tpmo, fuse set, 33 or 11 kv jointing kits and other line material as per estimate from orai store to je site store. 5 ( part-b ) erection of the following supports after making of pits as per resspo norms & filling of pits by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 ( cement brick balast & sand ) grouting of poles. fitting of all accessories as cross arm, top channel, bracing angle, pin insulator, disc insulator, including earthing of pole, barbed wire & clamps etc. plinthing of support above 300mm ground level by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 ( cement brick balast & sand ) will be done at the time of erection of pole. painting of st pole structure as per resspo norms also ( all type of nut, bolts & grouting materialdanger board, number plate etc. will be provided by contractor ) . 6 erection of single support of pcc pole 8.5 mtr long 7 erection of double pole structure on pcc pole 8.5 mtr long complete with bracing angle ( bracing angle & bracing clamp will be supplied by contractor ) 8 erection of stay set with stay wire, stay clamp & stay insulator including with grouting of stay set by concrete of ratio 1:4:8 as per resspo norms before back filling of the pits including binding & clamping, tightening and nozzeling of stay wire in all respect as per resspo norms. all clamps, nuts, bolts, stay insulator, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor. 9 laying and sagging of 3 phase acsr weasel conductorfrom double pole at 33 / 11 kv substation to double pole at tapping point of 11 kv feeder line including jumpering, hoisting fixing all type of insulators, binding jointing and its clamping etcin all respect. 10 clearing of the line route by cutting fo tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of site incharge
