bids are invited for custom bid for services - daily operational and misc jobs in etp area mathura refinery - providing assistance for misceallaneous jobs during effluent treamtent plant operations in rotating shift on round the clock basis including sunday & holiday in etp at mathura refinery, 1.etp operational job like chemical solution preparation, pump house dewatering, house keeping filter backwash, api/tpi/daf skimming, de-sludging, filter backwash, new is/ss & equalization tank job etc. 2. the agency shall provide manpower on shift basis to the production on continuous basis, or as per the guidelines/instructions of the site engineer/engineer-in-charge. since the job is related to etp operation, any case of inadequate or delay in supply of manpower will attract penal actions as per the direction of the site engineer/engineer-in-charge. 3. the contractor shall pay not less than minimum wages to his employees, as revised from time to time under the minimum wages act, for engineering establishments by govt. of u.p. 4. the agency has to comply with the statutory requirement of disbursement of minimum wages, contribution towards esi as well as pf, within the stipulated time frame. 5. contract shall be responsible to arrange for bank account of the each manpower deployed and the wages must be deposited on monthly basis in their respective bank account latest by 7th day of following month. proof of deposit of wages in bank account must be produced along with the running/final bill. 6. the agency must ensure the presence of 04 nos of skilled manpower per shift (morning, evening & night) on daily basis including sunday & holiday as per instruction of site in charge/engineer in charge. in case of absence of required manpower, contractor has to depute alternate manpower (in addition to regular deputed manpower) to cover the shift requirement without any additional cost of iocl. failing which penalty of amount rs. 1500.00 per shift per manpower shall be imposed against your work order. 7. in case regular deputed manpower cover the shift by working more than 8 hrs of regular duty, then also contractor has to cover up shift requirement without any additional cost of iocl, i.e. no overtime cost shall be reembursed to the contractor for overtime generated due to the absente of deputed regular manpower. 8. the agency must ensure the availability of all the required personal protective equipments (ppes) to its manpower working inside the refinery premises, including those which are mandatory in nature, such as, safety shoe, safety helmet, ifr suit (3 pc), hand gloves, safety goggles etc and those that may be required for execution of this particular job in a safe manner as directed by the site engineer/ engineer-in-charge. 9. the supplied manpower should have minimum qualification of 12th pass and should have minimum 2 years of production /operation experience in refinery/fertilizer/petrochemicals/water treatment plant. 10 contractor has to depute one site supervisor on daily basis without any additional cost of iocl. defect liability period: as per gcc labor components: 100% total quantity :
