rendering essential services for operation of e m installation in the aor of ge east mathura , operation of 11kva sub station at mh for all days including sunday/holiday in three shifts per day with one electrician iti qualified or having three years experience in the same field per shift , each shift of 08 hrs such as 06:00hrs to 14:00hrs & 14:00hrs to 22:00hrs & 22:00hrs to to 06:00hrs ( or as directed by engr-in-charge ) and normal routine maintenance such as daily cleaning of sub station tighting of all nuts bolts and loose electric connections to ensure serviceability of sub station , electrician shall be complaint to attend internal/external complaints as directed by engr-in-charge . in case of any breakdown of e/m installation electrician shall report immediately to the engineer-in-charge . 330 days x 1 ( electrician ) per shift x 3 shifts=990 shifts . , operation of dg set and ac plant for all days including sunday/holiday in one shifts per day with one refg mechanic iti qualified or having three years experience in the same field per shift , each shift of 8 hrs ( or as directed by engr-in-charge ) and normal routine maintenance such as daily cleaning of dg set/ac plant . in case of any breakdown of e/m installation refg mechanic shall report immediately to the engineer-in-charge . 330 days x 01 ( refg mechanic ) per shift x 1 shifts=330 shifts . , rendering services of helper having minimum working experience of three years in the same field for assisting electrician/ref mechanic and for all days including sunday/holiday in three shifts per day each shift of 08 hrs such as 06:00hrs to 14:00hrs & 14:00hrs to 22:00hrs & 22:00hrs to to 06:00hrs ( or as directed by engr-in-charge ) 330 days x 1 ( helper ) per shift x 3 shifts=990 shifts . , notes : ( for item no . 1 to 3 ) ( i ) the supply of sundry such as fuse wire , nuts bolts , washers , pg clamp , jumpers , ht/lt tape , crs bottles , petrolium jelly , broom , cotton waste etc required for day to day complaints of external electric network/ maintenance work is outside the scope of this tender/contracts and shall be supplied by mes department . ( ii ) all kinds of t&p such as collapsible/folding ladder of 15m length ( approx ) or length as required at site as per engineer-in-charge and other resources required for providing above services shall be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost to department . ( iii ) log sheets ( as per sample ) required for maintaining external electric supply record ( for item no 1 shall be provided by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted . ( iv ) the contractor shall pay wages/salary to the electrician/refg mechanic/helper employed in their aadhar linked bank account and statement of bank account shall be submitted to the engr-in-charge on monthly basis in first week of every month failing which the tradesman/helper shall be treated as absent from duty . , notes : ( for item no . 1 to 3 ) ( contd . . . . . ) ( v ) the unit rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages , all taxes including gst , labour welfare cess/tax etc . epf , esi for personals employed , over heads & profits and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes . the contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of employers provident fund ( epf ) and esi details for the personals employed , and also any other levies payable under respective statutes . ( vi ) the unit rates quoted below or equal to provision of minimum wages , gst , labour cess/tax , esi , epf etc . for personal employed and also any other levies payable under the respective status shall not be considered for acceptance of e-tender documents and shall be treated as non bonafied bidder . the lowest bidder will be decided amongst the bonafied bidders . ( vii ) minimum wages shall be as applicable for skilled category of worker for electrician and refg mechanic and unskilled category of worker for helper as published by the central government under construction & maintenance of roads or runways or in building operations . or the schedule of minimum wages of uttar pradesh government whichever is higher . , notes : ( for item no . 1 to 3 ) ( contd . . . . . ) ( viii ) an operator shall have adequate knowledge of operation of dg set/ac plant/ 11kva sub station and maintaining records of day to day operation . ( ix ) daily log sheets , grease , cotton waste , uniform for operators , first aid box & electrician and refg mechanic tools kit at each installation shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost of the department . ( x ) in case if any installation is found unattended or the electrician/ ref mechanic is not found present at place of duly electrician/ ref mechanic will be treated as absent form duty . no payment will be made contractor for this period/shift and also a penalty of `1500/- per shift , similarly for helper `1000/- per shift shall be imposed upon the contractor . recovery will be deducted from the payment due from department . ( xi ) operator/helper shall also be responsible for keeping the installation premises as well as area nearby neat & clean and removing grass from plant yard and surrounding area of installation complete . necessary t&p in this regard shall be supplied by contractor . ( xii ) contractors attention is invited to condition 25 of iafw 2249 general condition of contract condition for deployment of engineer for subject work .
