( ii ) diesel ( dhpp n ) required for operating of dg set shall be issued by department free of cost under schedule b . it will be responsibility of the contractor to make his own arrangement of transportation to collect the diesel from age e/m ( east ) , mathura store yard at mathura for filling into dg sets . ( iii ) the contractor shall pay to the operators/personals employed in their aadhar linked bank account and statement of bank account shall be submitted to ge for his verification while claiming interim payment . ( iv ) the rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages , all taxes including gst , labour welfare cess/tax etc . epf/esi for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes . the contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of employers provident fund ( epf ) and esi details for the personals employed and also any other levies payable under respective statutes . , notes : ( for item no . 1 to 4 ) ( contd . . . . . ) ( v ) the unit rates quoted below the compodent of minimum wages , gst , labour cess/tax , esi , epf for personal employed and also any other levies payable under the respective status shall not be considered for acceptance of e-tender documents and liable for rejection . the lowest bidder will be decided amongst the bonafied bidders . ( vi ) minimum wages shall be as applicable for skilled catagory of workers published by the central government under construction & maintenance of roads or runways or in building operations . or the schedule of minimum wages of uttar pradesh government whichever is higher .
