( a ) first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs -one dg operator ( b ) second shift-1400hrs to 2200hrs- one dg operator ( c ) third shift -2200hrs to 0600hrs - one dg operator , outsourcing of services for operation of dg set installation of capacity upto 500 kva along with control panel , amf panel , electric panel seven days a week incl sunday / holiday in two shifts ( 8 hrs each shift ) by deploying skilled operator to operate installed machinery at rttp tower- 01 no dg set complete all as directed . ( a ) first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs -one dg operator ( b ) second shift-1400hrs to 2200hrs- one dg operator , note :- for srl item no 1 . 00 to 4 . 00 ( i ) contractor will submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance . ( ii ) the operator shall be iti qualified in concerned trade or shall have minimum 05 years experience in operation of dg set . ( iii ) contractor will ensure attendance of all operators shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor against each shift / item shall be made . ( iv ) all necessary t&p including uniform shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost . the rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates of the items . ( v ) the contractor will provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book , attendance register etc to the operator for maintenance the plant running record . ( vi ) all operator shall wear proper uniform . ( vii ) contractor shall submit the payment statement with operators passbook in every month of 1st week . ( viii ) contractor shall provide notice board of each installation with in 15 days from the date of commencement of contract . ( ix ) area cleaning including cutting of grasses etc up to 3 meters from the plinth protection all around plant room / dg set ( x ) contractor shall submit the monthly duty roster of each installation before 03 days of respective month . ( xi ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work , then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr / bgb in favour of accepting officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount . in case the said fdr / bgb is not submitted within the stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected . fdr / bgb shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable . ( xii ) the minimum wages are revised every six months , therefore the rates quoted shall be applicable as on bid submission end date and the bidder shall undertake to pay only as per minimum wages revised from time to time in future during the contract period and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account .
