outsourcing of services for manning and operation of electric supply installations at ps-i & ps-ii and 509 power house at af station pune , outsourcing of services for operation of electrical installation of ps-i comprising of ht vcb panels , transformer , voltage stabilizer , isolation transformer etc round the clock including sunday and holiday ( in three shift of 8 hrs each ) by deploying skilled operator to operate installed machinery complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge . ( a ) first shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one skilled electrician ( b ) second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - one skilled electrician ( c ) third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - one skilled electrician , outsourcing of services for operation of electrical installation of ps-ii comprising of ht vcb panels , transformer , voltage stabilizer , isolation transformer etc round the clock including sunday and holiday ( in three shift of 8 hrs each ) by deploying skilled operator to operate installed machinery complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge . ( a ) first shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one skilled electrician ( b ) second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - one skilled electrician ( c ) third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - one skilled electrician , outsourcing of services for operation of electrical installation at 509 power house comprising of ht/lt switch gear and sub stations round the clock , seven days a week incl sunday/holiday ( 8 hrs each shift ) by deploying skilled electrician to maintain the records and attending the complaints pertain to electric supply complete all as directed by engr-in-charge . ( a ) first shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one skilled electrician ( b ) second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - one skilled electrician ( c ) third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs - one skilled electrician , note :- for srl item no 1 . 00 to 3 . 00 ( i ) contractor will submit the nominal roll and qualification certificate of operator with in 15 days of acceptance . ( ii ) the operator shall be iti qualified in concerned trade or shall have minimum 05 years experience in operation of dg set . ( iii ) contractor will ensure attendance of all operators shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor against each shift/item shall be made . ( iv ) all necessary t&p including uniform shall be provided by the contractor to the operators at no extra cost . the rates for the same is deemed to be included in the unit rates of the items . ( v ) the contractor will provide of all the necessary stationery such as log book , attendance register etc to the operator for maintenance the plant running record . ( vi ) all operator shall wear proper uniform . ( vii ) contractor shall submit the payment statement with operators passbook in every month of 1st week . ( viii ) contractor shall provide notice board of each installation with in 15 days from the date of commencement of contract . ( ix ) area cleaning including cutting of grasses etc up to 3 meters from the plinth protection all around plant room/dg set ( x ) contractor shall submit the monthly duty roster of each installation before 03 days of respective month . ( xi ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work , then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr/bgb in favour of accepting officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost & quoted amount . in case the said fdr/bgb is not submitted within the stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected . fdr/bgb shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable . ( xii ) the minimum wages are revised every six months , therefore the rates quoted shall be applicable as on bid submission end date and the bidder shall undertake to pay only as per minimum wages revised from time to time in future during the contract period and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account .
