resource management for main receiving station power house installations and water supply installation at mh under ge shikargarh , outsourcing services for operation of 01x500kva dg set and 01x200kva dg set installed at main receiving station mh jodhpur and to attend no light/internal electrical fault of mh jodhpur with one operator of appropriate category of industrial person for military hospital jodhpur area round the clock ( 03 shifts of 08hrs each/day ) including sunday/holiday to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the eng-in-charge . note:- ( i ) dhpp & engine oil will be issued to contractor free to run the dg sets under sch-b . ( ii ) proper record of issue and consumtion shall be maintianed and produced alongwith rar , outsourcing services for operation/maintainance of water supply pump house and fire fighting pumps at various location at military hospital jodhpur with one operator of appropriate category of industrial person to operate submercible pump set/turbine pump set/cetrifugal pump/disel engine pump/jokey pump set /chlorine plant/bleaching dozer / water supply distribution sluice valves as per direction given time to time by eng-in charge/ pump panel installed in pump house round the clock ( 03 shifts of 08hrs each/day ) including sunday/holiday including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the eng-in-charge . note :- ( i ) dhpp & engine oil will be issued to contractor free to run the pump sets under sch-b . ( ii ) proper record of issue and consumtion shall be maintianed and produced alongwith rar . , outsourcing of electrician to attend lt fault and no light fault in shikargarh enclave , bahadursingh enclave and sugan enclave area as direted and all as per day to day task assigned by concern je & eng-in-charge in three shifts ( 08hrs each ) round the clock including sunday and holiday . ____________________________________________________________________notes for ser no 1 to 3 ( i ) minimum qualification/experience for operator shall be iti in appropriate field or 4years experience in same field and for helper minimum 2years experience in same field . cotractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to eng-in-charge . ( ii ) obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him ( iii ) contractor shall provid all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost . ( iv ) weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing rules . provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted ( v ) cleaning of installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to inlude this provision . ( vi ) necessary logbook/logsheet will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by eng-in-charge . ( vii ) in case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift , penalty @ rs 2000/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor . ( viii ) contractor shall provide accidental insurance of min 5 lacs to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance . ( ix ) the contractor/firm will have to make payment to their staff/employees by cheque or through neft in their bank account . no payment to contractors/firms will be made , unless proof of payment of wages through bank account is submitted by the contractors/firms . ( x ) the contractor shall not pay wages lower than minimum wages for labour as fixed by the govt of india/state govt/union territory , whichever is higher .
