tender for manning and operation of electrical electromechanical installation at af station purnea under age ( i ) ( af ) purnea , outsourcing services for operation / maintenance of main power house and stand by dg sets with one operator ( fgm ) of appropriate category to operate dg set , lt panels , ring main unit , maint of gods etc complete , replacement of minor parts keeping electric system in perfect working order as and when required and to attend ht / lt faults in air force station purnea area round the clock ( 03 shifts of 08 hrs each / day ) including sunday / holiday to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the eng-in-charge . , outsourcing services for maintenance of the following water supply area , including day to day complaine , leakage in pipe line , minor maintenance of pump , sluice valves with 01 fgm in 01shift of 08hrs per day in af stn purnea of appropriate category including sunday / holiday as directed by the eng-in-charge :- note for sch-a item 1 to 2 :- ( i ) minimum qualification / experiencce for operator shall be iti in appropriate field or 4years experience in same field and for helper minimum 2years experience in same field . contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to eng-in-charge . ( ii ) obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower emplyed by him ( iii ) contractor shall provid all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost . ( iv ) weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing state / central govt rules . provision of reliver for each manpower emplyoed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted ( v ) cleaning of mrs / sub station , surrounding area and valve pit will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to include this provision . ( vi ) necessary logbook / logsheet , duty roaster , attendace register etc will be provided by contractor and maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by engr-in-charge . ( vii ) contractor will take the sch b store i . e dhpp ( n ) , engine oil , altoch gp / aquafit and alum from mes store yard . transportation will be provided by the contractor for use as per direction of engr-in-charge . ( viii ) contractor / all operator is responsible for any damages / losses of respective equipments . ( ix ) in case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift / manpower , penalty @ rs 1000 / shift shall be recovered from the contractor . ( x ) contractor shall arrange the uniform / overall dangri -01 set , rubber shoes - 01 set , tourch light - 01 no for each installations . ( xi ) contractor will provide first aid box with minimum requirement of medicines , cotton , scissor , band aid etc as directed by engr-in-charge ( xii ) contractor should be pay the payment of employee through indivisual bank account as per varieous act and low . ( xiii ) whenever the contactor deploy his employee as per schedule and contract agreement still unless he will not be give payment . ( xiv ) contractor take charge of installations before deployment of employee and make invenrty as per installed equipment with his signature
