tender for special repair of certain roads in zone-b area at af station sonegaon ; 1 m&l for preparing existing black top surfaces or bituminous mecadam surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming / tack coat with paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sqm completed all as specefied and directed. 2 m&l for premix bituminous macadam laid , rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with broken stone aggregate with 4% of bitumen binder vg-30grade of any ( for leveling of undulation ) makeup vescosity grade by weight of total mix ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) rolled compacted with using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick ( consolidated thickness ) with minimum 5.50%binder of paving bitumen vg-30grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in road path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm depth making good by filling applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10sqm putting in premix bituminous macadum well rammedand sealed with paving bitumenvg-30 grade @ 9.8 kgs / 10 sqm blinderd with 0.09 cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller ( incuding supply of pre-mixed macadum , binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm completeall as specified and directed. 5 m&l for prepairingbituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs 3262-1989 with autharised special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed . 6 supply and fixing solarcat eye aluminium alloy shall ( 100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm ( shank 65 mm ) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v / 0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargable battery ( 1.2v / 1600ma ) consisting of super bright led with 10000 to 18000 mcdas per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 7 supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metalbody alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with pmma sriplens reflector of model no. da 972 fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable sizeas per manufactures instructions completeall as specified and directed. 8 supply and fixing metal tublar dealineator made out of abs round body fitted with 2 nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of pmma and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red, and yellow reflector radiumtape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in pcc 1:2:4 ( 150x150x300 mm ) type b1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate completeall as specified and directed.
