tender for jco living shelter; supply and construction of jco living shelter of size 15.00m x 9.30m x 2.7m ( clear headroom upto false roof incl verandah ) with the stores as per list attached as appx “a” to include the following specifications, 2 x bed rooms of sizes 4.95m x 3.60m, 2 x bed rooms of sizes 6.18m x 3.60m, common room of size 2.40m x 2.40m, 4 toilets cum bathrooms, one connected to each bed room. the sizes of each toilet blocks will be 2.40m x 1.80m with height of 2.7m, verandah. 1.86m wide covered veranda with column ht of 2.10m at cantilever end all along the length of the shelter, two nos underground hard standing of 2.00m x 1.50m shall be con-structed at outer side shelter for placing of 02 x puf tank of 1000 ltrs along with 0.5 hp motor. all to be complete as per technical specifications & drawings attched at tender document
