supply of officer living shelter-scope of work. the work consists of manufacture and supply of prefabricated officers living shelter (qty- 01 no) of size 9.00m x 7.50m x 2.7m (clear headroom upto false roof excluding verandah) with the stores as per list attached as appx ‘a’ to include the following:- n n (a) 2 x bed rooms of sizes 4.50m x 3.75m & 4.52m x 3.47m. n(b) living room of size 4.52m x 3.47m. n(c) store room of size 2.38m x 3.75m. n(d) 2 toilets cum bathrooms, one connected to each bed room. the sizes of toilet blocks will be 2.10m x 1.84m and 2.10m x 1.85m with height of 2.7m. n(e) water tank cubicle of size 2.78m x 1.83m. n (f) verandah. 1.83m wide covered verandah with column ht of 2.10m at cantilever end all along the length of the shelter. n(lumsum cost to be quated as per technical specification mentioned in rfp )
