tender for jco living shelter with temperature control wss (s&c); supply and construction ofjco living shelter with temperature control wssof size 15.26 x 9.18 x 2.7m (clear headroom upto false roof incl veranda) by using (pir technology sandwich internal and external panels) with thestores as per list attached as appx “a” to include the followingspecifications, 4 x bed rooms of sizes 4.75x3.97m (internal dimension),corridor of size 8.06 x 1.00 m (internal dimension), 2 x box room of size 3.5x1.00m (internal dimension),4 toilets cum bathrooms, one connected to each bed room. the sizes of each toilet cum bathrooms will be 2.2x3.97m with height of 2.7m, veranda & box room. 8.02 x 1.00 m (internal dimension) covered veranda & box room (02 nos) of size 3.5x1.00 m (internal dimension) with column ht of 2.365m at cantilever end all along the length of the shelter,hard standing (02 nos: 2.00mx1.50m): 75mm thick pcc 1:2:4 type b-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over 100mm thick hardcore (using 63mm to 100mm graded stone aggregate) over truly rammed earth should be constructed at outer side of shelter for placing of 02 x puf tank of 1000 ltrs along with 02 nos 0.5 hp motor. all to be complete as per technical specifications & drawings attched at tender document
