tender for providing service assistance to mechanical field activities of projects department for the period 2019-2020 in manali refinery of cpcl , services for the period 2019-2020 , charges for providing service assistance for field jobs on 8 hours duration by providing minimum 4 person ( skilled category ) per shift on all working days in a month excluding cpcl declared holidays as per scope of work and ther other terms & conditions . the service assistance is required in monitoring the site activities , generating material gate passes , visitor gate passes , assistance in pre-commissioning and commissioning activites and other miscellaneous site activities , office documentation activities etc . , all complete as specified in scope of services . the service providng shift timing on any working day shall be from 07:30 am to 04:00 pm on all regular working days from monday to saturday . , same as item no . 20 above but for assistance extended beyond the normal working hours specified above on regular working days from monday to saturday , working on sundays , cpcl declared holidays . the unit of measurement shall be hour . one hour is defined as the services provided by one skilled manpower per hour . , note: 1 . contractor should provide candidates meeting above requirement from which final selection will be done by cpcl through technical evaluation of the candidates . candidate should furnish necessary documentary evidences to conform the experience criteria stipulated above . 2 . contractor to provide minimum of 80% of the quoted rate to the selected candidate as wages . necessary documentary proof to be submitted to cpcl along with each running bill . 3 . contractor to provide the successful candidates with all safety gadgets including safety helmet , safety shoes , jacket , safety goggles , gloves . 4 . food , transportation , etc . , to be arranged by candidate on his own .
