tender for providing service assistance to projects-civil section at manali refinery of cpcl , highly skilled male personnel with diploma in civil engineering and minimum one year experience in civil field activities with basic computer knowledge . the service of personnel is required in monitoring the site activities & measurements , arranging material gate pass , visitor pass , recording material test results at site including all quality tests , viz . , sieve analysis , consistency test , cube tests , etc . and other miscellaneous site activities , office documentation activities , etc . all complete as specified in scope of services . the working hour for the above personnel shall be from 08 . 00 am to 04 . 30 pm on all regular working days from monday to saturday . total manpower required is minimum five ( 5 ) nos . the rate to be quoted per day basis per man power . , same as item no . 10 above , but for working beyond the normal working hours specified above on regular working days from monday to saturday , working on sundays , cpcl holidays . the rate to be quoted per hour basis per manpower . , notes: 1 . contractor should provide candidates meeting below requirement from which final selection will be made by cpcl through technical evaluation / interview of the candidates . 2 . candidate should furnish necessary documentary evidences to conform the experience criteria stipulated above . 3 . for both the sor items , contractor to provide wages to the selected candidate as specified in scope of work . necessary documentary proof to be submitted to cpcl along with each running bill . 4 . contractor to provide the successful candidates with uniform ( min 3 sets ) and all safety gadgets including safety helmet , safety shoes , jacket , safety goggles , gloves . contractor should also provide the successful candidates with monthly salary slips showing detailed working of monthly salary payment . 5 . contractor shall be in a position to deploy additional manpower as per the requirement of cpcl , no additional payment will be made in this regard .
