transformers oil & winding temp, fans, oil level, silica gel etc. 6. oil leakage & equipment noise). highly skilled-1 person, skilled-1 person & unskilled-2 persons. 2 preventive/routine maintenance of grid substation as per schedule provided by engineer incharge a 220 kv bay/132 kv bay-nut bolt tightening, adjustment of contacts (male/female) cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in clamp & connectors ,earthing flat, jumpers and other equipments related with insulators, isolators, ct,pt, cb, la, dropping, and panel of a bay b 132 kv half main bus-nut bolt tightening, adjustment, cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in clamp & connectors, earthing flat, jumpers and other equipments related with insulators, isolators, pt. c 132 kv transfer bus-nut bolt tightening, adjustment, cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in clamp & connectors, earthing flat, jumpers and other equipments related with insulators, isolators, pt. d 220 kv half main bus-i&ii ,nut bolt tightening, adjustment, cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in clamp & connectors, earthing flat, jumpers and other equipments related with insulators, isolators, pt. e 220 kv transfer bus-nut bolt tightening, adjustment, cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in clamp & connectors, earthing flat, jumpers and other equipments related with insulators, isolators, top cover, replacement of gasket & ct stud , oil topup etc..including all or any p minor repairing of pt- meggering,opening top cover, replacement of gasket & pt stud , oil top up etc..including all or any q minor repairing of cb-meggering,gas filling, checking of mcb, contactors, motor, spring and tripping or closing coils, sf6 gas filling etc… including all or any. r minor repairing of isolator-adjustment of contacts & moving part etc… s minor repairing of panel- looping & wiring of cabels, loose contact rectification, replacement of lugs,ferrules etc… t filling of sf6 gas u fixing and replacement of earthing copper bond/flat v fixing and replacement of energy meter/ mw meter/ voltmeter/ ammeter/ relay 4 misc work of grid substation as per schedule and job provided by engineer incharge a battery system cleaning b cleaning of panels( including all 132kv panel, 220 kv panel ,acdb, dcdb,etc) c rectification of lighting and auxiliary power supply in grid premises & colony d material/ equipment manual shifting & movement in grid premises e measurement of earth footing resistance of all earth pits. f laying of control cable 5 break down maintenance a mobilization/demobilization of labour gang b supply of emergency gang with t&p for work like conductor snapping of main bus 6 supply of hydra / crane(upto 8mt capacity ) as per requirement 7 complete overhauling with painting of 150 mva transformer cooling fans with supply of all materials if required 8 transportation of materilas & equipments through truck/pickup upto 3mt including loading,unloading of the materials (i)upto first 50km (ii)50km
