annual maintenance contract overhauling and repairing of 33 kv circuit breakers at 132 kv substation roorkee- 1 work of repairing & servicing of 33kv circuit breaker machanism assembely through authorised engineer of manufacture of any circuit breaker. all 33kv bay at 132kv s / s switchyard, lubrication of all movable parts, check all seals, nuts & bolts, rectifiy leakage ofsf6 gas etc. after servicing of each 33kv circuit breaker check all operation opening / closing by local / remote switch and by protection of various type circuit breaker abb, cgl, scheinder make etc. ( 17x2 times ) 2 work of complete testing of 33kv circuit breaker likemeasurment contact resistance, opening and closing timing, crm, ir value etc of various type circuit breaker abb, cgl, scheinder make etc.through authorised engineer of manufacture of any circuit breaker ( 17x2 times ) 3 following work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of 220 kv, 220 / 132 kv & 220 / 33 kv isolators. ( 30x2 ) maintenance by tightening and replacement of clamps / connector damageconductors / jumpers of different bays & bus including ensuring tightening of fittings, clamps / connectors and associated jumpers / conductors of different equipments like as isolators by proper torque , cbs, cts, pts and isolators by opening & re-tightening the same, work also includes replacement of clamps, conductors & top up of oil, if required 4 ( a ) 33 kv bay ( 18x2 times ) 5 ( b ) 33 kv bus ( 5x2 times ) 6 work of cleaning of porcelain portion with ctc of different equipments like isolators, cbs, cts, pts & disc fittings. work also includes providing and applying petroleum jelly to isolator jaw blades of 33kv bays. ( 18x2 times ) 7 work of overhauling / repairing of isolator / earth switch mechanism of bay and oiling / greasing / setting alignment of moving parts of mechanism of 33kv bays. ( 18x2 times ) 8 replacement of 33 kv defective and damagedlamp / jumper / jaw & blade of different bays 9 providing daily basis without any holiday services of 01no. skilled labour for work of special maintenance on breakdown / crisis basis / fault tracing & removal on ( in switchgear, equipment, machine, panels, junction box, trench gallery, including the daily preventive maintenance of 110 volt battery set. ( skilled labour provided for 12months )
