work of preventive maintenance ( amc ) of 220 / 132 / 33kv equipments at 220 kv substation roorkee- 1 following work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of2 no. 160 mva t/f (220/132 kv) & 2 no. 50 mva t/f (220/33 kv). 4x2 2 checking of oil level in main & oltc conservator tank & bushings. attending minor oil leakage/ seepage from main body/conservatortank/radiator of transformer by tightening.tightening of all bushing clamps & replacement of damage/defected clamps & connectors.rectification of electrical fault of auto/ manual operation of cooling fans by replacement of electrical equipment like contactor, mcb, relay etc.tightening of neutral & main body earthling. cleaning & washing of transformer main tank/ radiator etc. tightening of all electrical connections in transformer marshalling box & apply crc on all connections/connectors/relays etc.testing of wti & oti andbuchholz relay & prv. any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge. 3 following work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of 220 kv, 220/132 kv & 220/33 kv isolators. (30x2) 4 tightening of clamps and connectors & replace if found damage/defective.cleaning of porcelain insulators by ctc and checking of damage. replacement of rusted nut/bolts of isolator/ hardware fittings.tightening of male and female contacts and replace if found damage/defective.apply petroleum jelly between male/female contacts.tightening of earth link and its jaws.alignment of isolator and earth link. lubrication of all moving parts.testing of drive motor in cubical.tightening of all connections in bay marshalling box.apply crc on all connections in cubical. any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge. 5 following work to be carried out for preventive maintenance of 220 kv bay, 220/132 kv bay & 220/33 kv bay equipments. i.e. ct/pt/cvt/la/wave trap(if installed)(58x2) 6 top up of oil after checking of oil level in ct/pt/cvt.checking of oil leakage and rectification if found.checking and tightening of clamps & connectors etc.replacement of rusted nut/bolts if found damage in hardware fitting. checking and tightening of equipments earthling.checking the healthiness of surge arrester.any other work as per site requirement or as per direction of site incharge 7 providingdaily basis without any holiday services of 02 no. skilled laborfor work of special maintenance on breakdown/crisis basis/fault tracing & removal on(in switchgear, equipment, machine, panels, junction box, trench gallery,including thepreventive maintenance of 110 volt battery set.
