out sourcing for manning and operation of 11 kv main receiving station ( mrs ) at irde and deal under ge ( i ) r n d dehradun , m&o , maintenance & operation of electrical supply & distribution system of mrs 11 kv sub sation of irde in three shifts , each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays , shift commencing from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , from 1400 to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs per day ( i . e . three shifts in a day ) by employing one iti/5 year experience qualified electrician ( semi skilled ) in each shift for entire system comprising of 11 kv ht vcb 400/630 amps - 09 nos , transfomer 11/0 . 433kva , 630 kva -01 nos , god of cap - 12 no , capacitor banks and their connected lt panel boards , change over switchs & voltage stabilizers etc . installed inside and out side of mrs 11kva sub stn of irde including repair/rectification of fault developed in and around electric system and equipment installed at mrs yard and upkeep the electric installation operational & in working conditions , maintain day to day record of activitieson log sheet etc . complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . ( incl notes mentioned in srl no 2 . 01 to 2 . 03 here in after ) , maintenance & operation of electrical supply & distribution system of mrs 11 kv sub sation of deal in three shifts , each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays , shift commencing from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , from 1400 to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs per day ( i . e . three shifts in a day ) by employing one iti/ 05 years experience qualified electrician ( semi skilled ) in each shift for entire system comprising of 11 kv ht vcb400/630 amps - 09 nos , transfomer 11/0 . 433kv , 630 kva -01 nos , 400 kva -01 nos & 400 kva -01 nos , god of cap - 12 no , capacitor banks and their connected lt panel boards , change over switchs & voltage stabilizers etc . installed inside and out side of mrs 11kva sub stn and dg set of capacity 1x125 kva and 1x 250 kva installed at 11kv mrs area of deal including repair/rectification of fault developed in and around electric system and equipment installed at mrs and upkeep the electric installation operational & in working conditions , maintain day to day record of activities on log sheet etc . complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . ( including notes mentioned in srl no 2 . 01 to 2 . 03 here in after ) , note for item no . 01 & 02:- ( i ) carefully monitoring and operation of 11 kv take over point at irde /deal and also carefully monitoring and operation of all the gods in the 11 kv mrs yard . ( ii ) carefully monitoring and operation of outdoor/indoor control panel and all 11 kv vcbs , and ht/lt panels , change over switch , incoming acb/mccb to connected load in the above area . ( iii ) monitoring of battery charging bank for dc supply to numbers of relay and motors of vcb to ensure tripping . ( iv ) carefully monitoring and operation of capacitor bank and to ensure that power factor shall not be less than 0 . 97 ( v ) to monitor distribution transformer installed in mrs . ( vi ) to switch on/off the security lights at mrs yard and their complex as per time schedule fixed by engineer-in-charge . ( vii ) in case of any major fault in the equipments which is beyond the control of the operator , he will immediately intimate the same to the engineer-in-charge/je . ( viii ) the operator shall monitor and maintain records of load/power factor etc . ( ix ) the operator shall attend all the complaints telephonically and maintain records in detail and submit complete details to engineer-in-charge/jes for resolution , urgent complaints if any will immediately be intimated to engineer-in-charge/jes ( x ) the operator shall carefully monitor and operate all ht/lt panels , change over switch , godos incoming/outgoing acb/mccb to connected load in the above area . , notes for item no . 01 & 02 contd :- ( i ) the stationary required for maintenance of records shall be made available by the contractor . ( ii ) trimming of tree branches at regular intervals to maintain minimum clearance of 2 metere on both sides of 11 kv oh line in mrs yard including maintain area in & around the installation neat & clean including repair/ rectification of do fuses/jumpers/acsr conductor with in on km radius area of mrs . ( iii ) . the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log book and shut down register and cost of t &p for maint work , and minor consumables such as do fuses , acsr conductor jumper , pvc insulation tape , screws , washers , nails , teflon tape , fuse wire , clips etc for day to day maintenance and repairs . ( iv ) . the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system for each shift i . e . one with onduty electrician so that the complaints can be lodged and feed back can be obtained . ( v ) . the contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours . the unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform . the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the engineer-in-charge . ( vi ) . the rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintain in & arround the installation neat , clean & trimming of tree . ( vii ) . the rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintenace of records such as ht/lt shut down/ break down record etc as directed . ( viii ) . the fuel for running of dg set will be issued by the dept & the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for collection of fuel from pol store yard . , general notes for contract :- rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :- ( 1 ) workers wage per person ( a ) semi skilled - notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date ( 2 ) employees state insurance @ 4 . 00% ( employer contribution 3 . 25% & employee contribution 0 . 75% ) on wages as per existing rules . ( 3 ) epf , eps , edlis and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per existing rules . ( 4 ) bonus @8 . 33% as per existing rules . ( 5 ) contractors over head and profit ( 6 ) lwc @ 1% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules ( 7 ) gst @ 18% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules . note : - ( i ) in case the rates quoted by tend
