manning and operation of electric supply installation at rts depot hempur under geeast bareilly , providing services for manning , operation and maintenance of 11 kv mrs ( main receiving station ) comprising of ht control relay panel 11 kv ht rmu panel alongwith 400 kva transformer - 01 no , servo voltage stabilizer 400 kva - 01 no , apfc panel - 01 nos and acb panel- 01 no , lt panel - 02 nos , 125 kva dg set - 01 no , bus bar system god & do system 2 and 4 pole structure , submersible pump with motor capacity 15 hp - 01 no and over head tank capacity 25000 gal - 02 nos and all supply sluice valve , attend/fixing the complaint of burnt out over head line of ht/lt fuse , all cables & joints alongwith all connected accesories including entering and maintenance of external fittings of main incoming & outgoing feeder voltage , ampere , power factor details etc . . uppcl breakdown , load shedding /shutdown , mes breakdown/shutdown in register /documents , lodging electric complaints on phone and cleaning of installation in all respect including operation of street lights at rts & depot , hempur area and operation of pump house as per given timings complete by employing one skilled electrician per shift ( 08 . 00 hrs ) in 03 shifts a day including sunday & holiday complete all as specified and directed , providing services for attending daily electric complaints of external & internal as directed by concerned je , attending external complaints , detecting fault in ht/lt overhead line /underground cables in electric distribution system including street lights under aor of rts & depot , hempur & attending daily internal complaints assigned by je , detection of short circuit , fixing of fittings etc one skilled electrician per shift ( 08 . 00 hrs ) in 02 shifts a day including sunday/holiday ( time decided by engr-in-charge ) , complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge . note :- ( i ) mate electrician ( helper ) to be detailed from department side . ( ii ) all the spares require replacement during attending the complaint of external and internal electric fittings will issued by deptt as user requirement on daily basis . , note for item no 1&2 above: ( i ) the mrs shall be operate in three shifts of 0800 hrs duration each shift on all days for 11 months & that will be maintained for the entire contract period except where if any altration is required to meet functional requirement for any installation during contract period . the shift duty staff is fully responsible for daily operations as per user requirements or as directed by engr in charge . in case of any brake down of supply the same should be communicated to duty electrician and consult with uppcl sub stn for restore the supply and inform to je/engr in charge . ( ii ) the contractor should procure the tools what ever is required as per requirement for smooth operation and repairs for electrician . the tools includes electricians cutting pliers , nose pliers , line tester , screw drivers , adjustable spanners , ring spanners and ht/lt ladder etc . including insulation tap , ht tape , jumper , fuse wire , lugs , indication lamp for ht/lt over head line and to be kept with substation ( iii ) the contractor should procure all the safety equipments what ever is required for smooth operation and maintanance works for operator . the equipments includes electricians hand gloveses , safety belts , helmets , ear pads , earth discharge rods , etc . and to be kept with sub station ( iv ) the contractor should kept all the measuring instruments what ever is required for testing and maintenance works for electrician . the equipments includes test lamps , tong tester , multi meter , earth testers , lt/ht meggers , temp gauges/thermometers etc . and to be kept with sub station ( v ) diesel required for running the dg sets shall be issued by deptt , . as free for filling through retail issue voucher , the consumables like electrolites/distilled water , petrollium jelly , grease etc also including minor repairs to dg sets deemed to be incuded in the quated rate . ( vi ) all tenderer are advised that read scha notes and specification of tender before quoting the rate .
