manning and operation through outsourcing of electrical installations for main receiving station 11 kv at bwr area and 11 kv receiving sub station at digiana under ge satwari , maintenace and operation of ht 11 kv installation around the clock in three shifts per day of eight hours each by employing 3 skilled ( electrician ) and 3 unskilled ( helpers ) [ i . e , one skilled ( electrician ) and one unskilled ( helper ) per shift ] contineous all as per the directions of engr in charge ( it will be ensured that the helper and operator must remain on duty per shift and at the time of change of shift ) . the contractor shall employ qualified electrician having iti from the recognised institution with minimun 5 years experience or in case without iti , having 7 years experience in related field in operation of following ht 11 kv system:- ( maintenance and operation of mrs 11 kv at bwr area ) . , ht 11 kv panel vcbsf-6 ( incommer & outgoing ) -01 no make - areva ( alstom ) . , god ht 05 nos . , lt / ht ug cable of different sizes 12 . 5 kms . , transformers 5 nos . , note :- ( i ) the contractor shall employ 03 electrician and 03 helpers i . e . , one electrician and one helper per shift of eight hours . , ( ii ) the cost of maintenance of document , installation chart , daily records i . e . , log sheet as clarified under relevant ps shall deemed to be included in rates quoted for the above items . , ( iii ) any breakdown / fault of electric supply will be attended by the tradesman employed by the contractor . all tools and t&p required by tradesman will be provided by the contractor ( such as bamboo ladder , tourch , search light , axe , dha , ht gloves and other t&p required for working in ht / lt line / under ground cable ) , ( iv ) contractor shall replace blown out fuse wire , ht jumper and lead as and when required . the aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account . , ( v ) all the complaints lodge in the substation of external electric supply and internal electrical supply will be attended by contractor and will keep record of complaint slip attended . , ( vi ) electrician shall attend the telephone while on duty and will keep the record of complaints . , ( vii ) the recovery @ rs 2200 / -
