outsourcing of essential services for running of electric installation at dholewal and cg complex under ge ludhiana . outsourcing of essential services for running of electric installation at dholewal and cg complex under ge ludhiana . , sch a , outsourcing of essential services to run the electrical installation ( main power house dholewal area ) having ht vcb/ocb , power transformer , lt panel etc . installed in the power house round the clock by employing one electrician in three shift of 8 hourse each and one helper in three shift i . e morning , evening & night shift including attending complaints/ repair of overhead lines ( lt & ht at dholewal station area ) and cutting the tree branches surrounding the overhead lines ( lt &ht ) wherever required and keeping the electrical system functional at dholewal power house complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge . notes:- ( a ) the contractors rep ( electrician ) shall attend all type of complaint as directed . ( b ) contractor shall provide all t&p required for mantenance of installation and will keep the same at site at all time . ( c ) complaints given upto 08 . 00 hours on the day shall be attended and cleared on the same day . ( d ) the contractor shall maintain necessary documents such as log sheets and attendance register as specified in the particular specifecation ( e ) the contractor shall maintain cleanliness of the complete installation i . e . with in fencing area of the installation by cutting of grass/ cleaning of debris and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included incluyded for the same . the contractor shall also provide suitable uniform to the staff deployed for the work . ( f ) shift timing shall be 0600 hours ( morning shift ) , 1400 hours to 2200 hours ( evening shift ) and 2200 hours to 0600 hours ( night shift ) as applicable to respictive item . ( g ) the contractor shall deposite the wages of his workman directly to their bank account by cheqe/ecs/neft only and necessary proof of payment shall be submitted alongwith his claims for rar/final bill , outsourcing of essential services to run one sewage installation no . 4 & 5 at dholewal having swage pumps and motors by employing two fgm , s for two shift from 066 hrs to 2200 hrs and keeping the following functional and clean all as directed by engineer in charge , otsourcing of attending day to day electrical complaints employing one electrician and one helper in two shift of 8 hourse each i . e morning , evening shift including attending complaints dholewal & cg complex area ) complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge . notes:- ( a ) the contractors rep ( electrician ) shall attend all type of complaint as directed . ( f ) the contractor shall deposite the wages of his workman directly to their bank account by cheqe/ecs/neft or any other mode of bank transfer only and necessary proof of payment shall be submitted alongwith his claims for rar/final bill note:- for ser item no . 1 to 3 :-rates for following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted . ( a ) contractor will provided uniform of light blue shirt and dark black paint . on shirt right hand side mes ludhiana to be engraved with red thread . ( b ) log sheet for installation to be provided by contractor . ( c ) cleaning of installation will be the reponsibilities of contractor including material provided for cleaning all round the installation up to 10 mtr distance . ( d ) furniture for staff shift will be provided by contractor . ( e ) weeklly rest to be provided to all staff employed . ( f ) attendance register will be handed over to je concerned . ( g ) minimum wages ( pay ) as notified by go , s notification to be given staff . ( h ) tool kit will be provided by contractor . ( i ) first add box will be provided by contractor .
