ttps m ii bm unit iii overhauling of fd fans a and b in unit iii for the year 2023 2024. 1 overhauling of fd fans a&b in unit-ii ( as per scope of work i to xvi ) 2 charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials clamps, wooden blanks etc. from pocket stores to site, leading, lifting and erection of temporary platform near fd fan silencer in both the sides and near discharge transition piece up to the discharge duct below aph for welding the eroded weld joints in the above said area & for painting and dismantling the platform and returning to stores after completion of work. 3 charges for cleaning the ash and other debris from the top of the silencer of fd fan, bring it to the ground level using gunny bag and disposing the ash. 4 charges for cleaning the ash around the suction side of the fan, diffuser casing and discharge side up to the insulated area and also inside the fan discharge duct up to airpreheater bottom for any foreign materials. 5 charges for welding the eroded weld joints in suction & delivery ducts of fd fan including consumables and t&p’s ( for a minimum thickness of 6 mm weld metals ) 6 charges for painting the bearing cooling water inlet and outlet to motor lop’s and cop’s from the main in take below 18 m operator room and return header to the same place, fd fan silencer and discharge transition piece with one coat of enamel paint including sundries. 7 skf make, angular contact ball bearing 7230 bcbm 8 needle roller bearing rna 4906 9 ball bearing 6008 10 ball bearing 7207b
