tender for ttps - mech.ii - bm - unit ii - overhauling of id fans a & b for the year 2025-2026; 1 overhauling of id fans a&b ( as per scope of work i to vii ) 2 charges for overhaul of id fan igv includes dismantling of all link rods, cleaning and greasing, dismantling of all guide rollers, cleaning and greasing, checking and renewal of bearings if required and assembling of igv and calibration of igv for perfect closing / opening. 3 charges for transporting of new / reconditioned impeller from stores to site and devolution of old impeller to stores. 4 charges for dismantling the adjustable vane for the overhauling of igv assembly, assembling the adjustable vanes on the shaft after overhaul, tag welding of bolts, checking the operation of adjustable vanes including consumables and t&ps. 5 charges for grinding the edges of the hard faced area, cutting the existing wornout core supports (3 nos.) fabrication of new supports with pipes and stiffners & welding and hard facing the core supports including all consumables such as hard facing electrodes and t&ps. 6 charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials clamps, wooden blanks etc. from pocket stores to site, leading, lifting and erection of temporary platform inside id fan a&b discharge side flue gas duct upto the chimney for welding the eroded weld joints in the above said area and dismantling the platform and returning to stores after completion of work 7 charges for welding the eroded weld joints in id fan a&b discharge side flue gas duct upto the chimney including consumables and t&p’s (for a minimum thickness of 6 mm weld metals 8 charges for dismantling the wornout exchangeable vanes from the impeller housing, welding the wornout area in the impeller housing, providing an additional plate in the exchangeable vane fixing area to arrest the flue gas leakage, providing rope in the new exchangeable vane and fixing it in the impeller housing including all consumables & t&p’s 9 charges for painting the bearing cooling water line inlet and outlet to motor lop’s and stator cooling water to id fan a & b from the point of main in take near fd fan a & b return header up to fd fan a with one coat of enamel paint, including sundries, 10 charges for removal of insulation in expansion joint fixing area and relaying of double layer insulation with new/released insulation materials after replacement of wornout expansion joint in flue gas duct. 11 charges for transportation of expansion joint from stores, cutting the cover plates, arresting the duct by providing necessary supports, cutting the side structural materials supporting the duct, providing chain block arrangement, marking and cutting the worn out expansion joint, leveling the expansion joint fixing area, devoluting the same to stores including cost of consumables like gas, welding electrodes hire charges for t&p’s. 2800 x 4000 mm 12 spherical roller bearing no: 22232 cc/c3 w33 13 spherical roller bearing no.22328 cc/c3 w33 14 ball bearing no. 6206 15 ball bearing no. 6209 please enable macros to view boq information
