tender for ttps – mech.ii – bm – unit iii - overhauling of pa fans a & b for the year 2023 - 2024. 1 charges for overhauling of pa fans a & b for one unit including cost of consumables & hire charges for t&p’s ( scope of work in sl.no.i to x ) 2 charges for dismantling adjustable vane assembly, cleaning of parts, replacing all the wornout spares like bushes etc, assembling including cost of consumables and t&ps. 3 charges for cleaning ash and other foreign materials from the inner side of the take off point of the suction duct to fan spiral casing and delivery duct from fan spiral casing to aph bottom and inter connection ducts. 4 charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials clamps, wooden blanks etc. from pocket stores to site, leading, lifting and erection of temporary platform near fan spiral casing, suction, interconnection & discharge ducts for welding the eroded weld joints& dismantling the platform and returning to stores after completion of work. 5 charges for welding the eroded weld joints in fan spiral casing, suction, interconnection & delivery ducts ofpa fan including consumables like welding electrodes, hand gloves, welding machine and t&p’s ( for a minimum thickness of 6 mm weld metals ) . 6 charges for dismantling the adjustable vane for the overhauling of igv assembly, assembling the adjustable vanes on the shaft after overhaul, tag welding of bolts, checking the operation of adjustable vanes including consumables and t&ps. 7 charges for reconditioning the fan spiral casing ( bottom portion ) diffuser core and outlet elbow by removing the guide vanes, marking the wornout portion, cutting & bending the plate to the require profile, fixing the plate with the spiral casing / diffuser core / outlet elbow, welding and fixing the guide vanes in its original position including all consumables and t&ps 8 charges for painting the bearing cooling water inlet and outlet lines to mlop’s and flop’s from the point of main intake and return headers up to pa fan a & b and pa fan a&b suction and discharge and interconnection air duct with stiffener with one coat of enamel paint and sundries. 9 skf make imported cylindrical roller bearing nu332 ecm / c3 10 skf make imported angular contact ball bearing7234 bcbm
