05 nos ) . the safaiwala would be employed under the area of cwe ezhimala which includes cwe ezhimala office , ge ( maint ) ezhimala office and ge ( p ) ezhimala office . tentative distribution of safaiwala will be as cwe office ezhimala - 02 no , ge ( m ) office ezhimala - 02 no , ge ( p ) office ezhimala - 01 no . however the safaiwala would be employed as per actual requirement within the aor of cwe ezhimala . , all as per sl item no . 1 . 05 hereinabove but for one shift of 05 hours ( 0840 hrs to 1340 hrs ) on wednesday and saturdays [ for cwe office and ge ( p ) ezhimala office ] and on saturday only for ge ( maint ) ezhimala office . , note for all items of boq :- the unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by govt of india / state govt / local body , whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards epf , contribution to esic , contribution of bonus and lwc under the respective headings / sub-items with overheads and profits . in case the rates quoted by the tenderer are less than the prevailing rates / instructions under any heading ( s ) with nil or zero consideration towards overhead and profit , the bid will be treated as non bonafide / invalid , shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance . in such case , the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only . the decision of the accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding .
