corrigendum - tender for outsourcing of conservancy and housekeeping services for hq cebz bhopal and hq cwe bhopal at bhopal , providing outsourcing services for housekeeping and conservancy at bhopal in one shift as per office schedule / hours including half an hour lunch break on all working days or as per daily office hours as directed by ge , on all working days except sunday , national holidays , gazetted holidays , complete including provision of uniform , id cards , tools to person providing services , complete all as specified and directed . tentative number of tradesmen required for above maint services per day shall be safaiwala- 10 persons , providing outsourcing services for housekeeping and conservancy at bhopal one shift as per office schedule / hours including half an hour lunch break on all working days or as per daily office hours as directed by ge on all working days except sunday , national holidays , gazetted holidays , complete including provision of uniform , id cards , tools to person providing services , complete all as specified and directed . tentative number of tradesmen required for above maint services per day shall be peon / duftry- 10 persons , notes for ser item no 1 . 00 to 2 . 00 :- ( i ) contractor shall adhere to minimum wages act , workmens compensation act , esi , epf and other relevant laws . ( ii ) the contractor shall provide minimum one supervisor to supervise the works of conservancy and houskeeping staff . the supervisor shall report to the adm offr / engr-in-charge daily and maintain an attendace register of all the staff employed . ( iii ) cost of uniform for above & stores for maintaining hygiene and sanitation shall be borne by the contractor . ( iv ) contractors quoted rates shall deemed to include aspects / provisions as mentioned in para ( i ) to ( iii ) of the notes as mentioned above . ( v ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i . e . as per nit amount then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr / bgb in favour of accepting officer with in 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i . e . nit amount and quoted amount . in case the said fdr / bgb is not subbmittted within stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected . fdr / bgb shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work .
