providing of conservancy and housekeeping services for the office of ge ( west ) pathankot provn of conservancy and housekeeping services for the office of ge ( west ) pathankot , provision of house keeping services for the office of ge west pathankot the house keeping services will include the following :- i ) data entry operator cum record keeper - 11 nos note : data entry operator cum record keeper ( for updating filing system ) as mentioned above shall be provided per day excluding sunday and gazetted holidays , all as per office hours . , provision of house keeping services , brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner , broom and cloth including bathrooms , labortaries room and sanitry fittings etc . at complete office complex of ge west pathankot including brooming of roads / berms / common parking area / open area etc . on day to day basis on all working days excluding sunday and gazetted holidays , from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs ( including one hour lunch break ) eight working hours complete all as specified and directed . note :- ( i ) nos of safaiwala deployed by contractor shall be 09 nos per day . ( ii ) all the cleaning materials like harpic , phenyl , mopping cloth , wiper , broom , 01 hp vaccum cleaner including all requisite t & p etc shall be provided by contractor . ( iii ) the rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include of this aspect .
