providing of conservancy and housekeeping services for the office of hq cepz pathankot under ge ( west ) pathankot provn of conservancy and housekeeping services for the office of hq cepz pathankot under ge ( west ) pathankot , provision of house keeping services for the office of hq chief engineer pathankot zone . the house keeping services will include the following :- i ) data entry operator cum record keeper - 22 nos ii ) photocopier- 01 nos note : data entry operator cum record keeper ( for updating filing system ) and photocopier as mentioned above shall be provided per day excluding sunday and gazetted holidays , all as per office hours . , provision of house keeping services , brooming and mopping the floor using floor cleaner , broom and cloth including bathrooms , labortaries room and sanitry fittings etc . at complete office complex of hq chief engineer pathankot zone including brooming of roads / berms / common parking area / open area etc . on day to day basis on all working days excluding sunday and gazetted holidays , from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs ( including one hour lunch break ) eight working hours complete all as specified and directed . note :- ( i ) nos of safaiwala deployed by contractor shall be 03 nos per day . ( ii ) all the cleaning materials like harpic , phenyl , mopping cloth , wiper , broom , 01 hp vaccum cleaner including all requisite t & p etc shall be provided by contractor . ( iii ) the rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include of this aspect . , provn of house keeping services , maintaining the office of hq cepz complex and all common area , maintaing garden , court yard etc , with necessary landscaping , watering the plants all around , and planting the sapplings of different varieties as per season including cleaning and cutting by trimming of grass with power driven grass cutting machine and cleaning all debries from the entire premises , maintaining road side road berms / parking area , open common area and all works related to mali everday on day to day basis on all working days excluding sunday and gazetted holiday from 0800 hours to 1700 hours ( incl one hour lunch break ) eight working hours complete all as specified and directed . note : - ( i ) mali skilled trademan-02 nos shall be deployed by the contractor per day .
