outsourcing of central ac plant and dg set installation under age ( i ) ( af ) manauri , providing services of 01 ( one ) refregeration machanic ( skilled ) as ac plant & dg set operator for maintenance & operation including routine maintenance with all nature of dependent services given in shift of t-60 ac plants and edp ( photo firm ) , ac plant including dg set installed for these plants as directed by the engineer-in-charge for all days including sunday/holiday /gazzeted holidays by deploying of persons ( male ) with good character and discipline , minimum qualification iti with minimum 03 years of working experience or 12th pass with minimum 05 years trade experience in a reputed firm/organization for refregeration mechanic . ( a ) timings : tentative shift timings shall be as under ( however it can be changed as per direction issued by age ( i ) time to time ) :- ( i ) 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs for ist shift of 08 hours . ( ii ) 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs for iind shift of 08 hours . ( iii ) 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs for iiird shift of 08 hours . ( b ) location/premises of working place:-at old project and various installations as decided by engineer-in-charge- 01 no , notes for item nos 1:- ( i ) contractor shall adhere to minimum wages act , workmens compensation act , esi , epf etc and other relevant laws . the payment of labourers shall be made through banks account/neft only and proper record of payment shall be submitted by the contractor at the time of payment of rars duly signed . ( ii ) the contractor shall provide minimum one supervisor to supervise the work of ac plants installation staff having minimum qualification 12th class pass with knowledge of computer & preparation of reports . the supervisor shall report to the eic/age ( i ) daily and maintain an attendance of all the staff employed through attendence register . ( iii ) cost of uniform for the staff employed shall be borne by the contractor . ( iv ) tools & plants required for ac plants maintenance & cleaning of the premises as as well as maintaining hygen sanitation as mentioned in appendix a shall be provided by contractor as required time to time and quoted unit rate shall be deemed included for the same . ( v ) it is contractors responsibility to provide documents such as academic & technical and insurance of each person deployed by contractor . ( vi ) cycle or any other conveyance required for supervisor for supervision of installation shall also be provided by contractor at his own cost . ( vii ) all personals deployed by contractor including the supervisor will wear uniform as approved by age ( i ) and an identity card will be provided for all the personals after due security clearances from security section of station taken by contractor . ( viii ) reliever for national holidays/ sundays is to be provided by contractor . all t&p for normal routine maintenance shall be provided by contractor including safety equipments like ht rubber hand gloves , earth rod , safety shoes & other tools etc . ( ix ) the deployed/hired man power shall be highly skilled for maintenace & operator to installed refg/dg set assest safely . ( x ) penality/recovery shall be made against contractors dues on non attending/rectying the given complaint after 30 minutes maximum , @ rs 300/- per hours and for absent from duty @ rs 2000/- per day per person . duty timing & location rotation shall be followed as directed . 08 hours working period measured as one day for one person . per calender month shall contained 30 days each . ( xi ) daily cleaning of equipments such as ac plant installtions , dg set , batteries by waste cotton & sanitary items , 10 mtr wide sourrounding area of installtions , cleaned by brooming & grass cutting etc . ( xii ) contractors quoted rates shall deemed to included for aspects/ provisions as mentioned in para ( i ) to ( xi ) of the notes as mentioned above .
