( ii ) the contractor shall provide minimum one supervisor to supervise the works of conservancy and houskeeping staff . the supervisor shall report to the adm offr / engr-in-charge daily and maintain an attendace register of all the staff employed . ( iii ) cost of uniform for above & stores for maintaining hygiene and sanitation shall be borne by the contractor . ( iv ) contractors quoted rates shall deemed to include aspects / provisions as mentioned in para ( i ) to ( iii ) of the notes as mentioned above . ( v ) if the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i . e . as per nit amount then the lowest bidder will have to deposit fdr / bgb in favour of accepting officer with in 07 days of opening of financial bid for the difference in estimated cost i . e . nit amount and quoted amount . in case the said fdr / bgb is not subbmittted within stipulated period as mentioned above , the contractor shall be banned for 06 months and his bid will be rejected . fdr / bgb shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work . , note for all items: all items executed as per specified and directed by engr-in-charge .
