outsourcing of services for operation of electrical supply installations at afs hakimpet under ge ( af ) hakimpet , providing of services for operation and maintenance of ht 11 kv main receiving station comprising of various types of ht and lt switch gears , electrical panels , cables , 2 pole and 4 pole structures etc complete with one electrician per shift of 08 hours ( 03 shifts per day ) including sundays and holidays all as per the shift timings decided by engineer-in-charge including attending day to day ht and lt installation complaints of all installations , routine checks/maintenance and maintaining the documents/ registers as specified for proper and smooth functioning of entire installation complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . , all as per item no . 1 above but of 11 kv/ 433 v substation at new project area ( np area ) . , all as per item no . 1 above but of 11 kv/ 433 v substation at officers colony with one electrician per shift of 08 hours ( 02 shifts per day ) . , notes for item no . 1 to 3: ( a ) weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same . ( b ) tools , safety equipement , overall combination/ uniform with pant , shirt , safety shoes , complaint book , shutdown details book , and daily consumables such as ht/lt fuse wires , cable lugs of all size , cotton waste etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same .
