outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of ac installations at afs hakimpet under ge ( af ) hakimpet , providing of services for operation and maintenance of central air conditioning plant at atc comprising of compressors , condensers , cooling towers , pipe lines complete from cooilng tower to pumps , refrigerent piping of all sizes , controls , expansion valves , filters , suction and discharge valves , pumps , motors , elctrical panels and all cables from panels to machines etc complete and dg set installations comprising of diesel engines , alternators , control panles , lt panels and all connected cables etc complete at atc combinedly with one operator per shift of 08 hours ( 03 shifts per day ) including sundays and holidays all as per the shift timings decided by engineer-in-charge including routine checks / maintenance and maintaining the documents / registers as specified for proper and smooth functioning of entire installation complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . details of plants / equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- ac plant of capacity 30tr x 03 nos , 11 tr x 02 nos package type and dg sets of capacity 180 kva x 01 no and 125 kva x 01 no , 1x15 kva . , all as per item no . 1 here-in-before but for the ac and dg set installations at wireless transmitter & smc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . details of plats / equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- ac plant of capacity 16 . 5tr x 03 nos at wt and dg sets of capacity 100 kva x 02 nos at wt and dg set of capacity 100 kva x 01 no at smc . , all as per item no . 1 here-in-before but for the ac plant installations at ses & hts briefing complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . details of plants / equipment to be operated and maintained under this item are as follows:- ( i ) ac plant of capacity 10tr x 03 nos at ses ( ii ) 11 tr x 02nos package type at hts briefing ( iii ) ac plant of capacity 15tr x 02 nos at signal section . , notes for item no . 1 to 3: a ) weekely off shall be given to each operator and a reliever should be provided during weekely off and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same . b ) dhpp , engine oil and coolant required for dg sets will be issued under schedule b as free for filling only and the same shall be supplyed by department at the each installation . c ) necessary tools , safety equipement , overall combination / uniform , safety shoes and daily consumables such as grease , gland rope , cotton waste etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same . ( d ) mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned je / age . the same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift . cost of mobile phone and sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him . ( no smart phone / camera phone is allowed inside the af campus for security point of view . only simple basic phone shall have to be provided ) . cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by contractor . the amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .
