8159 providing services for operation of lifts central packaged air conditioning plants and water supply distribution system at afmc old nda complex asi and aipt area under ge central pune , providing services for operation of 8 passenger lifts for ( g+3 ) floors installed at diamond jubilee building of afmc by one lift operator for one shift of 08 hours i . e from 0800 hours to 1600 hours all as specified and directed . , all as per item no 1 here-in-before but for lift installed at golden jubilee building of afmc . , all as per item no 1 here-in-before but for 04 passenger lifts for ( g+2 ) floors in main building of afmc . , providing services for operation of central ac plant of capacity 2 x 2 . 5 tr at mortuary combined with central ac plant in bharadwaj auditorium , dhanwantari auditorium and x-ray deptt of afmc by one refrigerator mechanic for 02 ( two ) shift of 08 hours each i . e from 0600 hours to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs respectivelly all as specified and directed . , providing services for operation of water supply installations in afmc boys hostel pump house by one valveman for two shifts of 08 hours each i . e from 0600 hours to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs respectively all as specified and directed . , all as per item no 5 here-in-before but afmc personal line pump house . , all as per item no 5 here-in-before but old nda wing pump house distribution area . , all as per item no 5 here-in-before but aipt pump house distribution area . , note : following general notes shall be applicable for item no 1 to 8 . , rates quoted by the tenderer for the above items shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost required for general cleaning the area of the installation complete . , protective clothing /uniform as approved by ge , as per is and safety instructions are to be provided by the contractor duly endorsed with contractors / firms name and will be continuously in use of the operators on duty . no extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same . , contractor shall employ adequate tradesmen for weekly off , holiday and leave replacement and the cost of the same shall deemed to included in the quoted rate . no additional amount will be paid in this respect . , log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor properly as per the format approved by engineer-in-charge and the same shall be handed over to engineer-in-charge on completion of contract period . , day to day maintenance shall be carried out by the contractor . materials other than grease , glands shall be supplied by the department . grease and glands required shall be provided by the contractor and rate quoted above is deemed to include for the same . , penalty clause : if the operator is found absent for one shift , recovery shall be made from the payment due to the contractor . , all stationary items such as daily log sheet , attendance register etc shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost . , sorrounding of all the installations shall be kept neat and clean and in presentable condition .
