provision of out sourcing of services in mes for data entry operator and safaiwala under the offices of cwe kirkee , providing clerical and of data entry operator services on all working days excluding sundays and holidays for carrying out day to day official work assigned by officer in charge for the four offices of cwe kirkee;- ( a ) cwe kirkee ( b ) ge ( central ) kirkee ( c ) ge ( mh & rh ) kirkee ( d ) ge ( cme ) kirkee note : ( i ) monthly attendance shall be forwarded by above offices to the nodal ge i . e . ge ( central ) kirkee and also to cwe kirkee ( ii ) daily requirement of clerical and data feeding operator is 09 persons ( data entry operators ) per day in 8 hrs shift or as directed by offr - in -charge . the distribution will be as under for different offices i . e . cwe kirkee -1 no , ge ( central ) kirkee - 03no , ge ( mh & rh ) kirkee- 03 no , ge ( cme ) kirkee-02 no however , the above distribution is provisional and daily deployment rate & nos deployed in each office can be changed during execution based on need . the clerk and data operator should be at least matriculate and having adequate experience in data handling . ( iii ) office timing on monday , tuesday , thursday and friday is 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and wednesday & saturday is 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs . , providing and management of conservancy and house keeping services ( safaiwala ) for office complexes , installations , bso furniture yard , store yard , and mes service centers etc by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day excluding sundays and holidays all as directed by offr-in- charge for the for offices of cwe kirkee;- ( a ) cwe kirkee ( b ) ge ( central ) kirkee ( c ) ge ( mh & rh ) kirkee ( d ) ge ( cme ) kirkee ( a ) 06 persons ( safaiwala ) per day in 8 hrs shift or as directed by offr - in -charge: ( i ) the contractor shall deploy 10 nos of safaiwala per working day . the distribution will be as under for different offices i . e . cwe kirkee -3 nos , ge ( central ) kirkee -1 no , ge ( mh & rh ) kirkee-1 no , ge ( cme ) kirkee-1 no however , the above distribution is provisional and daily deployment rate & nos deployed in each office can be changed during execution based on need . ( ii ) monthly attendance shall be forwarded by above offices to the nodal ge i . e . ge ( central ) kirkee and also to cwe kirkee ( iii ) contractor shall provide cleaning items such as brooms , wipers , clothes , buckets etc . for which rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate .
