outsourcing of services for attending office work in cwe and ge offices at secunderabad , providing 05 ( five ) nos , skilled data entry operator / clerks per day having minimum 03 years of experience in computer clerical work for day to day office work in all weather conditions which includes data entry clerical work , maintainance of office registers , etc in various offices under aor of cwe ( a ) sec-bad . he / she should have knowledge of ms office , excel , ms power point presentation and other operating systems of computer for day to day work wrt maintenance and upkeeping of mes offices all as directed by nodal officer /head of the offices / incharges . , providing 03 ( three ) nos peons per day having minimum 03 years of experience in day to day office work in all weather conditions which includes xerox machine operation and other office works etc in various offices under aor of cwe ( a ) sec-bad all as directed by nodal officer / head of the offices / incharges . , note for item nos 1 to 2 above:- ( a ) the office time will be decided by head of the office and can be changed at any time as per requirment . however the general office timings for the day shall be from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs with a lunch break from 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs . ( b ) the work entrusted by head of office or incharge shall be completed within the time specified . ( c ) the contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours . the unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform . the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the nodal ge / accepting officer . , ( d ) employees employed by the contractor will not work continously for 07 days . the employees who have worked for six days continously should be given one day off with payment as per contract labour act as referred in conditions 58 of iafw-2249 . ( e ) necessary attendance register shall be mantained by contractor and will be signed daily by the contractor . the attendance register will be checked and initialed daily by concerned nodal officer / je & engr-in-charge . ( f ) penal recovery for absence of staff on any day lesser than the specified minimum strength will be as under: ( i ) data entry clerk - rs . 1500 . 00 per day per person ( ii ) peon - rs . 1200 . 00 per day per person
